I was alprazolam 0.25 for about 6 months and I have become addicted. SOS My doctor had prescribed, but I started a daily basis.

I have not taken a dose within 4 days and my hands began to tremble and neck muscles began to unravel.

Frankly, I stopped. Have withdrawal symptoms if I slowly disappear with the withdrawal? Please tell me how to stop this addiction for sure.
