Who decides what (a drink for example) is classified as a dietary supplement - FDA or the manufacturer? - supplement manufacturer
Thoughts on the development of a healthy drink with lots of good things - vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, anthocyanins, amino acids, etc. They want to know how the FDA at least - decided - that alcohol addition "to DSHEA, that is a food.
