I have a friend who offers to copy a PC game on a disc for me and asked if it was illegal, he said, when he sold me and the person who took on the net. It seems that I am not 100% positive I posed here is legal to copy a game and a friend, if he does not sell? plz reply to the response and resourse / link

No, unfortunately not the law. Therefore, the consequences of the law have been files against torrent sites. You could go to jail, but could in theory reach an agreement, it would need to share files this way is not recorded correctly, but still .. It is illegal.
